One of my favorite places to visit! Drew grew up visiting Colorado every other summer, and this was my second time. We will definitely keep the tradition alive!!

• When we arrived, we took a shuttle from Denver to Silverthrorn area where we met the Brown, Datatony, and Smyth families. Everyone pitched in and rented a MASSIVE home for the weekend. It was so incredible!!
• We got to photography an anniversary session by Horsetooth Reservoir (another post about that coming soon!)
• We shopped, the men went mountain biking, and we hiked Estes Cone (literally. so. hard. we hiked it on our 3rd day there- worth it for the views though!)
• I got to help out with No Limits Ministries for a water-sports event! LOVED getting to do this!!
• We got to see/hear Drew’s brother Justin give a talk to 130 middle schoolers and high schoolers about fear and how to trust the Lord in the midst of that
• I took Addie on a sisters date 🙂
• We got to hang out with some of our best friends from college!
• Went to Estes Park a few times and saw lots of wildlife…Including a moose, which is Diane’s (my mother-n-love) favorite animal!

We felt physically tired & sore pretty much the entire trip BUT it was so mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally refreshing that it didn’t even matter. Can’t wait to go back again!

Anddd just beacuase we missed Justin & Addie, I added them in below (please excuse my very very basic Photoshop skills. Also, we were definitely not on Longs Peak ha)! I loved how relaxing this day was. JT, Katie and I all took naps on the grass
