We’ve absolutely loved getting to know Chelsi and Chazz over the past year and their love story is one of my favorites. A few years ago Chelsi was a serious car accident. The recovery process was difficult for many reason but one was her memory loss. Despite Chelsi forgetting who Chazz was, he continued to stand by her side and pursue her. This has been a huge foundation for their love and why their wedding day felt even more special. Marriage is incredible but it is also hard and I have no doubt that these two will be an amazing team through all the hills and valleys they’ll experience over the next 60+ years together.
One of my favorite parts of the day were watching Chazz’s reaction as his stunning bride walked down the isle and hearing their sweet vows to each other. Cue the water works to everyone in attendance!! Their wedding day was SO gorgeous (it was located in the mountains so that’s a given!) but even still the most special part to me was the covenant and promise of marriage they made in front of all their favorite people. That being said, it makes it all the more beautiful getting married in the Tennessee mountains, having not 1 but 4 bears as wedding guests (and by guests I mean they were definitely a presence and crowd shocker but thankfully kept enough distance so no one got hurt! We did manage to snag a few pictures and videos- see what I mean below!), thoughtful details, and just a FUN party! These two are easy to celebrate and we couldn’t be happier for them!!
Chelsi wasn’t messing around with her shoes! As soon as the ceremony was over she slipped into converse.
Not one but FOUR bears attended Chelsi & Chazz’s wedding too! This was equally awesome and terrifying!! We definitely kept our distance, but I love this shot Drew captured with our 70-200 zoom lens.
The night ended in a giant group hug 🙂 Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Hahn!!
