Proposals that are an *actual* surprise are the BEST…and are extremely hard to pull off!! Tyler convinced Lexi that they were going to Ault Park to take pictures of one of their friends getting engaged. Turns out that same friend landed in the hospital the day prior with food poisoning (don’t worry, he’s doing much better!!). Tyler convinced her that the proposal was still on…which was true 😉

It was so special to witness and document Lexi’s priceless reaction to Tyler’s proposal! Both of their immediate families were hiding with balloons and jumped out to hug & celebrate with them right after she said “YES!” and put the ring on her finger.

After some family pictures, we actually got to do a mini session with Lexi & Tyler at Ault Park which was so much fun! The wind mostly cooperated with us and the rain held off for the exact amount of time we needed-very thankful for that! These two are SO in love and easy to be around 🙂

The families told Lexi that they were going to meet them for drinks after pictures and when she walked into Oakley’s Winesshe wasn’t just greeted by their families but so many other friends and family! Hope you enjoy getting a glimpse into their special day!

Lexi’s mom passed down her grandmothers necklace and it was such a sweet & thoughtful moment!

Lexi’s sister, Maddi, gave a wonderful toast that had everyone laughing!

Excuse me being a hot mess BUT we also got to see a 2018 #mbpcouple, Ryan & Catherine! We adore these two and loved that we all got to celebrate Lexi & Tyler together!! 🙂
