Thanks to Grace Mackenzie Brown, born on Christmas day (talk about the best gift ever!), I’m officially an aunt!! She is as sweet as she can be and I had so much fun photographing an in home newborn session when I got to meet her for the first time! It has been such a joy to witness and document so many seasons of Justin & Katie’s lives! From their proposal/engagement session, wedding (and so many moments in between!) to their first daughter’s newborn session, it really is such an honor! We’ve prayed continually for baby Brown the last three years and by God’s grace, she is here! My brother-in-law, Justin, said it well:

“Our journey to this moment has been a testament to God’s perfect timing. After three years of navigating unexplained infertility, we finally found success with IVF this year. Through it all, we’ve been reminded that God’s plan is always better than ours. We’re thankful for our supportive friends and family who have prayed for us and for Grace. To anyone facing a similar journey, please know you’re not alone. Psalm 107:1 “Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!”
