fall wedding inspiration

Thanks for stopping in to our second Throw Back Thursday! I’m excited to share this Harvest Styled Shoot with you! Kelsie Lynn Photography and I collaborated to make this shoot possible. This was the first styled shoot Kelsie and I had ever coordinated so we were definitely interested, and hopeful, to see how everything turned out! We really loved how it all came together and we had so much fun shooting that day!

We had some really talented vendors participate (listed below) and we also brought a lot of our own items. I brought Drew and my’s wedding plates, candle stick holders that I found at Goodwill and spray painted gold, my mom’s diamond bracelet, and a few other misc items. Kelsie brought her mom’s china glasses, her friends gold silverware and a cake plate she found at Target (and more!). Needless to say, our cars were PACKED full of goodies when we arrived on site and we were anxious to get things set up and styled.

Some good friends from college, Brandon & Courtney, modeled for us in their wedding attire. They had been married for almost a year when we did this shoot and they CRUSHED posing. I absolutely loved photographing friends!!

Some of my favorite parts of the day included:

• Watching Brandon and Courtney interact- their love and adoration for each other is SO evident
• Drinking the Sparkling Grape Juice we brought because we weren’t aloud to have alcohol on site
• Meeting the sweet vendors who participated
• THE FLOWERS. All those pretty colors- they woo me!
• Photographing side by side with Kelsie- it was so fun & I learned a lot from her!
• Wrapping up the shoot with a beautiful sunset
