Welcome to Phellowship!!
A few months ago myself and Kelsie Lynn Photographer (one of my best photographer friends!) joined forces to create this community styled shoot. We coordinated with 17 local vendors and invited 10 local photographers to attend. We had so much fun planning & executing this event with the help of so many talented individuals! We can’t wait to share the official images with you, but for now, enjoy a few behind the scene shots! If you’re still wondering what the heck this is, here’s a pretty basic explanation:
What: Community Styled Shoot. Essentially, Kelsie & I planned a styled shoot (with an AMAZING team of vendors- be sure to check them out below!) and we invited 10 photographers to join in on the fun. It was an intimate setting with a limited number of photographers to allow enough time to fully capture all that the shoot has to offer, and to allow everyone to form meaningful relationships with other attendees.
Why: Kelsie and I dreamt for months about creating a space to network with and really get to know other photographers. While it’s nice to know about other photographers, it’s a whole new ballgame when you get to know them on a personal level. Kelsie and I wanted to create an event that brings a variety of creatives together in a way that is uplifting, encouraging and fun! #communityovercompetition
