In August we headed to Vail, Colorado with some of our very best friends, Chloe, Michael & Genna! It was an incredible trip and so much fun to travel together with our three kiddos! Nora and Genna are just 2 months apart so they are the best of friends, it’s SO cute to witness! During our trip we got to:

-The flight sitation there & back was a bit rough with delays & cancellations BUT we made the most of it and the girls were absolute champs! Here’s some of my tips for flying with young kids.

-Hiking at Piney Lake (it’s a pretty long & bumpy drive to get here but the views are WORTH IT!)

-Taking the Gondola up the Eagle’s Nest! This was definitely a highlight!! We packed lunch and ate at the top then went on a beautiful hike.

-Shopping and lunch in Vail Village and eating some yummy meals here. The village feels so European!

-Family pictures by Vail Golf Club

-We watched Hoosiers with Grammi & Grampi, which was so incredible because Grampi played on the team the movie was based on so we got ALL the inside details!

-Hot tubbing and spicy uno after the girls went to bed…it was such sweet time with friends and felt like a double date every night!

Huge shoutout to their Grammi & Grampi for hosting us for the week and for Chloe & Michael making the trip possible! This will forever be a favorite vacation for us! Grateful for these dear friends to raise our kiddos together!
